HOW DO YOU USE EMBELLISH GEMS?

Embellish packs are literally so easy to use.

PEEL, STICK AND GO.

⁃ Gently peel off gems with tweezers or fingers, making sure to pull from the base of the gem.

⁃ Press against clean or made-up skin for 5 seconds.

ARE THEY REUSABLE?

The adhesive gems can be reused up to 5 times. Once the gem loses its adhesive, increase its longevity by using lash glue as an adhesive.

To clean, gently wipe the gem with rubbing alcohol and a q-tip.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

For all domestic orders over $70AUD and international orders over $100AUD, shipping is free.

Domestic

All domestic orders are sent via Couriers Please and Aus Post at a standard rate of $10. Express shipping at $15. 

International

International parcels are delivered by Australia Post or DHL Express.

Standard International is $20, arriving within 9 and 25 business days. 

Express International is $30, arriving within 4 and 8 business days. 

Returns

At this point in time, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However! If your Embellish gems are damaged or faulty on arrival, please send a pic of the product to contact@embellishbyrowi.com within 10 of days receiving the goods and quote your order number and we will replace your product.
